VTC Telecom to be revoked telecommunication service licence
VTC Telecom to be revoked telecommunication service licence
On October 5, 2005, the company was issued the licence for offering telecommunication services by functional authority. However, two years after the date of issue, VTC Telecom failed to provide the services mentioned on the licence.
Therefore, the newly issued decision of revoking the licence for providing telecommunication services of VTC Telecom becomes effective from February 26, 2010. The enterprise is required to conduct all the necessary procedures similar to those for new licence.
VTC Telecommunication Joint Stock Co (VTC Telecom) was established under Decision No 618/1999/QD-TCCB dated September 8, 1999 with initial chartered capital of 15 billion dong, in which Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Corp holds 45 percent of total shares.
