On Hochiminh Stock Exchange (STC) in the trading session on December 15, foreign investors returned to net purchase in volume with over 1.5 million units worth 43 billion dong.
In the previous trading session, they posted a net purchase in volume on the southern bourse with nearly 892,000 units but posted a net sale in value of over 3.8 billion dong.
In the trading session on December 15, VCB posted the strongest net purchase in volume with nearly 511,000 units while VIC posted the biggest net purchase in value with nearly 30.4 billion dong.
The runners-up were VCB (over 10.2 billion dong), HAG (over 9.1 billion dong), PNJ (8.1 billion dong), REE (nearly 5.1 billion dong) and it was less than four billion dong for the others.
Meanwhile, STB posted the strongest net sale for the fourth consecutive session in week in both volume and value with over 1.2 million shares valued at over 18.4 billion dong, down nearly 34 percent compared to over 27.8 billion dong in the previous trading session.
Some others also posted high net sale in value such as BVH and CTG with nearly 8.7 billion dong, SSI (nearly six billion dong), DIG (nearly 3.2 billion dong), MSN (3.1 billion dong) and it was below 1.8 billion dong for the others.
On Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), foreign players continued net purchase of nearly 1.9 million units and over 17.1 billion dong, nearly three fold increase compared to nearly 6.3 billion dong in the previous trading session.
VCG marked the highest net purchase in both volume and value with over 641,000 units worth nearly 5.7 billion dong and followed by KLS with nearly 4.9 billion dong and then PVX, PVS and ICG with value of from 1-2.6 billion dong and it was less than 467 million dong for the remaining shares.
Conversely, AVS showed the biggest net sale in volume with over 74,000 units while PGS posted the highest net sale in value with over 352 million dong and followed by AVS with over 228 million dong and it was negligible for the remaining shares.
