SHS to be granted certificates for offering shares
Accordingly, SHS would be allowed to offer 58,937,004 ordinary shares with face value of 10,000 dong per share, in which 40,907,996 shares would be offered to the company's existing shareholders; 2,045,399 shares for current staff and 15,983,609 shares for potential partners.
