Chinese youth delegation on Vietnam visit

A visiting Chinese Communist Youth League delegation was received by Ha Thi Khiet, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Party Central Committee Mass Mobilisation Commission, in Hanoi on Dec. 21.

Khiet welcomed the visit by the Chinese youth delegation and its attendance at the Vietnam-China Youth Friendship Gathering.

She spoke highly of the exchanges between the two youth unions as well as their efforts to expand and deepen their relations.

Head of the delegation, Lu Hao, said the Chinese Communist Youth League always attaches importance to the fine traditional friendship between the two Parties, States and peoples, considering it a treasure of the two peoples and young generations.

He also expressed the determination of the two youth unions in working together to take over the tradition of generations of the two countries’ Party leaders and strengthen the Vietnam-China relationship.

Earlier, the Chinese youth delegation attended the opening ceremony of the 12 th Vietnam-China Youth Friendship Gathering which opened in Ha Long city, in northern Quang Ninh province.

The delegation will visit President Ho Chi Minh’s homeland and attend the closing ceremony of the gathering in Vinh city, in central Nghe An province./.
