Generally, in the third week of December 2011, the land and apartment prices in HCM City were stable and just increased slightly in the project group in region 13 in Binh Chanh district.
The real estate prices in wards in district 2 remained unchanged from the previous week.
The selling price for project group in region 13 of Binh Chanh district, HCM City saw negligible rise with the biggest rise of only 300,000 dong per square metre and the lowest of 100,000 dong/sqm.
Particularly, the price of apartment Grade A View with an area of 83-110 square metre each was offering at 12.2-14 million dong/sqm, up 1.1 percent from the previous week.
Conic Dinh Khiem apartment project (Block A, B) ranging an area of 55-74 square meters was offered in week at 11.8-13.5 million dong/sqm, up 200,000 dong/sqm from the previous week.
Land project at region 13B (road 10-12 meters) increased 1.7 percent week on week, equaling to the offering price of 17.6-19.4 million dong/sqm.
In week, the market saw a price drop of Hong Linh Plaza apartment project in 6A residential area, Binh Chanh district. The fall was 1.2 percent on week, equaling to the offering price of 19.5-24 million dong/sqm.
The land and apartment prices in remaining districts in HCM City remained unchanged from previous week.
