Savills Vietnam cooperates with Nam Son Co to develop 85ha new urban zone project

Savills Vietnam Co, a real estate consulting firm, has recently signed a cooperation deal with Nam Son Trading and Construction Joint Stock Co to provide consulting and development services for the new urban zone project in the northern province of Quang Ninh. Particularly, the 85 hectare project will be built in the northeast of Cai Rong Port in Van Dong Dist. La Xuan Quang, deputy general director of Nam Son Co said that the strategic cooperation would develop further in marketing and distribution phase. Currently, Savills is implementing deep studies over property items in 10 big cities in Vietnam. Annually, Savills Vietnam consulted for around 70 projects. Previously, Savills provided consultancy to many big projects such as 345-ha urban area in Long An province, 600-ha urban area in Can Gio Dist, HCM City, 36-hole golf course and resort complex project on a site of 500 ha in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and 17.5 hectare new urban zone project in the northern province in Bac Ninh.
